How do I change something on my account?
From changing you delivery address to linking your account everything account related will be through this form. We can not unfortunately change billing addresses once an orders been made this will need to go through our RMA/REFUNDS form which you can find HERE as the order will need to be cancelled and resubmitted.
We can also not change payment methods either through your account again your order would have to be cancelled first and then reordered with the right information.
Your account changes will have a dedicated reference number once the team gets in touch, please use this reference number when contacting the team. Most account changes will be applied within 2-3 hours but this can sometimes be longer depending on demand.
Only account enquires will be dealt with via this form any other communications will be ignored.
