What does my Order status mean?

PENDING PAYMENT – payment is yet to clear our systems

PAYMENT AUTHORISED – The payment was successful

ORDER PLACED – this has now replaced PROCESSING to make things a little clearer

ORDER PICKED – Your order has been selected by the warehouse and is awaiting dispatch

ORDER DISPATCHED – Your order has been shipped and tracking information sent

Refund Policy

Any refund requests within 72 hours of ordering (mistakenly pre-ordering, ordering the wrong items or not understanding our terms and conditions or refund policy may result in a 2.9% cancellation and admin fee.

So we ask that you please double-check all orders before processing your order.

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday will be collected the following day for delivery. If you ordered on a Monday your item will be with you on Wednesday latest.

For orders placed on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday these will be processed on Monday for delivery on Wednesday.


I would like to Pre order an item Do you take the Money upfront?

Yes, once you go through to our checkout payment will be taken for all pre ordered items. This is to secure a place in your chosen items queue for when the product becomes available.

I would like to pre order a product how easy is it for me to cancel if I need to?

You can cancel any order including pre orders at anytime via email, telephone or via our web chat. Our accounts department are open Monday – Friday 10am -5pm and cancellations will be processed by the end of the working day.

The only time a cancellation or refund will not be processed is if the item has already been dispatched. In this case you will need to wait for the item to arrive with you and then arrange a return with us. Your refund will then be processed once we receive the item back to us.

I need to return a product what do I do?

You can get in touch with us via or via our web chat to arrange a RMA or head over to our returns page and fill in the RMA form.

I placed an order but didn’t create an account until after I checked out and now, I can’t see my order?

Don’t panic, we simply need to link your account with the order you placed. Get hold of one of the guys over on our web chat with your order number and they can link your account for you. You will see your order after a few minutes once your account has been linked.
