We supply hardware and unless you have bought a fully assembled system we cannot provide you with the advance knowledge on how to install the parts you have bought from us.
The Industry average on component failure rates is 1% or less , and in many instances hardware is wrongly diagnosed as “faulty” by customers due to their inadequate knowledge.
We urge you to read the manual and consult the web for knowledge on how to install your components before making contact with us to ensure an efficient handling of your enquiry.
We are here to help and understand your needs for help. We urge that a Technical Support ticket is only raised as a last resort by yourself.
